Abby, Uniqua, Pablo and I all went to the park today! A few more pics in the gallery.
Pretty Day at the Park!
SERIOUSLY!
How much bigger can I get!
Everyone please keep your fingers crossed… Let’s all pray for a healthy baby/delivery at 37 weeks!
Drum Roll Please!!!
It has been a few years in the making… but the day finally came. The basement has carpet!!! Jamey has been working really hard to get it done before the baby. I love it! I can’t wait to do the whole house! *hint* *hint*
The Greatest Husband :)
Valentine’s Day Morning
Me: Happy Valentine’s Day
J: What?
Me: Happy Valentine’s Day
J: Oh! Happy Valentine’s Day! Did you get me a card?
Me: Yes
J: Heh, okay, well you’ll get a card later – when I come home
So I’m assuming he “was gonna be late coming home”… Later that day, UPS showed up with tulips in a beautiful vase – He didn’t forget. In fact, I’m guessing he remembered a couple days early!
New Videos
Check out the video gallery. I posted new videos (all the way back from October 2007!!)
Which side of the house does Abby play in?
She’ll always want to do this right?
Lately Abby had been opening the pantry and pulling out my broom. I was thrilled that she wanted to help — but terrified the swinging broom handle was going to hurt something/someone. So, as part of her birthday gift…she got her very own Abby sized broom and dustpan.
Happy 2nd Birthday Abigail!
“Blaloooon”
Our dear friend Becky introduced Abby to balloons. Ever since that lovely dinner at Chevy’s – Abby feels she MUST have a balloon. So, if we happen to see one in our price range while we are out, we pick it up for her. This week she chose the “Heart Blaloon”. It was a tough decision between the heart, the star or the football – but she finally settled on the heart. We had a gorgeous day this week – over 70!! So we took our new balloon outside.
Sometimes I Forget…
The other night I was walking through the dark house to check and make sure the back door was locked. All of a sudden I’m tripping and doing everything I can to keep myself from falling to the floor. I had about 50 angry thoughts and then I flipped on the light!
It took me a few seconds to realize what I had tripped over and then I was almost in tears. Somehow, someway I forget all of the things we had to do to get those tiny boots by the door. And when I looked down and saw them right there with ours…sigh.
I’ve always wanted to be a mom – To marry my best friend – To have children – and to live in a house with a cute little fence. I am blessed. And in just a few more weeks – We will be a family of four. Please everyone remind me of this very sentimental moment when I call you crying because I don’t know how to deal with two kids.
