This is the first time we’ve done anything big without the girls. So, for those of you that are keeping track – it has been over 4 years!! We are super excited! I checked with mom and dad this morning and the girls are doing great. It seems our flight may be delayed a few minutes (we wanted to enjoy the full airport experience). Speaking of that — I beeped in security. It was my belt. Sigh.

We’ll be staying at the Bellagio. Tonight we’ll see Dave and Tim sitting down to give us an accoustic show!! Tomorrow night we are seeing Ka. We hope to catch a few moments of sounds and lights and then we’ll be heading back on Monday.

Since J gave me this new blog format I can blog pretty much anywhere from my phone. I’ll see if I can keep updating through this trip :)
