He is signing his discharge papers now. I have to jump over to Walgreens for a last minute prescription change. And then Jamey is taking home a happy kidney!! Ryan reports that he is feeling better every day. We can’t wait to get home to see him!

Yesterday when a transplant surgeon stopped by she said, “It’s a shame your cousin didn’t have a few more kidneys to donate. This kidney is just amazing!” ?
Ryan is doing great and going home (Castle Rock) TODAY! Jamey is doing great and “should” be moved to the 10th floor today. I’m sitting in the ICU just watching him sleep. Sleep. He hasn’t done that in months. High blood pressure, dialysis tubes, restless leg, headaches, swollen legs… The list goes on and on. Ryan is doing great! He’s up and around the hospital. This was a quick visit before Marlei flew back home to her mom. Marlei is one super brave little girl!! ??
